Founded in Taiwan in 1972, Louis Group has built more than half a century of professional expertise, gradually growing into a cross-border legal and business advisory platform spanning Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The Group's early foundation was built on intellectual property services, with a long track record in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related dispute resolution. Over time, our practice expanded into corporate legal counsel, cross-border investment, corporate governance, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, engineering and construction, real estate, mergers and restructuring, family assets, and international expansion. As Taiwanese supply chains and capital markets moved across Asia, Louis Group continued to broaden its overseas service network, becoming a key legal partner for enterprises entering the Southeast Asian and Japanese markets.
